When will I receive my bicycle leather bag?

Packages are generally dispatched within up to 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD (for EU) and Fedex (USA and other non-EU destinations). Upon the shipment we will e-mail the tracking details to monitor the transit. Delivery time should not exceed 2 work days for Poland, 3-5 work days within the EU and to USA, and up to 7 days to other non-EU destinations. The courier service is pre-selected automatically based on the delivery address entered by the customer. 

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping fees are applied only to orders below EUR 100. . For all higher-value orders, regardless of the destinations, delivery is free of charge for the customer. This cost is applied or disabled automatically in the checkout process based on the final order value. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we do offer additional gift wrapping services for a symbolic EUR 2 fee. This option is available at the checkout step. If you wish to add a personalized note to the package please let us know in the comment to the order or via e-mail at office@fsbike.eu.
